To receive this product, all you need to do is provide your BattleTag (e.g. NAME#1234) and your Order ID. Depending on the gift method, you will either be sent a direct redemption link or the game will be gifted to you via the Battle.net friend system.

No private or sensitive information is required — only your BattleTag is needed for delivery.

Delivery Time:

Delivery typically takes 72–96 hours after the BattleTag is received. In the case of friend-based gifting, a 72-hour wait period is enforced by Battle.net before the gift can be delivered. After that period, your game will be sent within the next 24 hours.

Battle.net Gift Instructions:

1. After your order, you will be asked to provide your BattleTag and Order ID.
2. You may either receive a direct redemption link or be sent a Battle.net friend request from the merchant’s account.
3. If using the friend system, accept the request and wait the required 72 hours (Battle.net policy).
4. After the wait period, your game will be delivered directly to your account — no further action is needed.
