Following these tips helps us solve your query faster:

Before opening a ticket, please check our Knowledge Base first — your answer may already be there.
Please open just one ticket. Duplicate tickets are merged, which moves your request to the back of the queue.
Need a refund? Just ask politely in a ticket and we'll sort it promptly — please don't open a PayPal dispute, as we can't action those and they slow refunds down considerably.
