About Aztecs The Last Sun Steam Key:

The Aztecs — a mighty Mesoamerican civilization that thrived for over three centuries, ruling vast territories and forging one of the most awe-inspiring societies in human history. A people of vision and strength, steeped in rich traditions, powerful deities, and sacred rituals. You are Tlatoani, a divine Aztec leader, born to shape the destiny of your people. Construct and develop the majestic city-state of Tenochtitlan - built amidst the waters of Lake Texcoco. Reclaim valuable land, feed your people, raise monumental structures, and maintain vital trade routes that connect your floating empire to the outside world in the Valley of Mexico. Yet beyond these petty struggles looms a far greater threat: the Moon Goddess has declared war upon the Sun, casting a dreadful curse upon your followers. Only blood, spilled through human sacrifice, can summon a shield of protection - but its power is fleeting. How many nights will your people survive before the darkness consumes them? Features: Build and expand the legendary city-state of Tenochtitlan on an island in Lake Texcoco using over 25 different types of buildings with individual upgrades. Choices matter while you lead your people through an epic story-driven campaign spanning several acts and face mighty supernatural antagonists. Build canals and water reservoirs to reclaim precious land from the lake using advanced terraforming systems. Appease the gods through rituals and human sacrifice to gather blood for divine protection and face a dark menace that threatens your city’s survival. Balance economic, religious and survival systems, convert refugees into valuable members of your society, put them to hard labor - or sacrifice them! Assign roles to captives, commoners, nobles and priests. Dispatch expeditions from the strategic map all across the Valley of Mexico to ensure your city thrives through resource gathering and trade. Construct monumental buildings like huge temples, academies and gardens that showcase your civilization's glory and spiritual devotion.
