Recruit an army

In Watch Dogs: Legion, you’ll recruit people to your resistance movement. The freedom of choice is enormous: you can recruit NPCs you meet and use their special abilities to succeed. There will be time for sightseeing but be careful: the city is under the constant surveillance of Albion, so watch out for cameras, patrols, and omnipresent drones that scurry across the street of London to find any signs of resistance.
