Activation Instructions:
After your purchase, you will receive credentials for a new PlayStation account that includes your subscription. Follow these steps to activate your subscription securely:
This is NOT a CD-key. You will be sent A NEW ACCOUNT credentials and preloaded with the subscription time. Login to the account using the details provided. You may change the details once you have logged in.

After logging into the account on your console, you can download the game from PSN Store and then switch back to your own profile to play it.

Set the account as your primary account. You can then play on your original account. The plus status will be applied to all of your accounts on the Playstation device. Note, if you have already downloaded games from a previous extra subscription (a plus game), it will not work unless you subscribe extra again on your own account.

To use two PlayStation accounts on one profile, you can combine the accounts in your PSN account:
Log in to your PSN account / Go to Settings / Select Combine Accounts / Click Add Another Account
You can also switch users on your PlayStation console:
Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller / Select Power / Select Switch User / Select the user you want to use
