Taken from our Battlefield 3 Language change page HERE
This page has been created to help our customers get the RU version of Battlefield 3 to function in English.
After you have downloaded and installed Battlefield 3, you will need to select the language that you want to play the game in. You can do this by editing the registry, but to save time and to make it more user friendly for our customers, CJS CD Keys has developed a custom Battlefield 3 Language Changer for your convenience. It will allow you to change the language of Battlefield 3 within seconds via the simple click of a button.

Umm the 2nd download link is dead.
I am assuming this changes in-game sound files as well (eg battle chatter). Or were they always English? Before I buy I want to know I wont hear a load of russian ;P
edit by cjs:
yes this includes all english text and sound too.
I know this is wrong place for this, but could someone help me to get cd-key? I made payment with Bank Transfer, and how I can get it? Tried with this AutoKey system, but there is no option such as “Bank Transfer”. Order ID #36765
Oh,GoooD!
Works perfectly.
Would you please update properly eng files in Update Folder with upcoming patches?
Thanx in advance.
Works great thanks a bunch 😉
Sorry, I wrote it up in my language. Forgive my mind.
I said that with that recent update the black screen is back and this patch no longer works, unfortunately. Is there, maybe, another way or newer patch?
Sorry to comment again, but for everybody that this sollution is not working, I found something that worked for me. Same files, different sizes.
