It took about 11 hours for the key to arrive in my email. When it did I just fired up the EA Download Manager and pasted it into the activation tab. Selected the version of the game that included English and it was added to my account and started downloading just fine.
The Cerberus Network DLC key also activated properly on the Bioware Social website.
