Autokey is the name of the unique Digital Delivery system that CJS-CDKeys.com built and use to dispatch items to customers. If you find an 'Autokey' system anywhere else, it is a rip-off! CJS are proud to be the original designers and creators of the Autokey system. It is an online system which allows customers to collect their purchased codes with ease.
No. Our system does not generate the codes, it simply stores them and dispatches them to customers as required. When you collect a code from autokey, it simply grabs a key from our stock, assigns it to your order, and displays it to you. The Autokey system itself does not generate the codes, CJS CD Keys staff upload the codes taken from retail boxes to the Autokey System.
CJS CD Keys have taken care to design the Autokey system in a way that is as easy as possible for the customer to use.
Immediately after your payment, you will be redirected from the payment screen back to our website, where you will see an order confirmation. To collect your purchased code(s), simply go to your 'Order Status' page, and click the 'Collect on Autokey' button.

If your order is marked as "Awaiting Fulfillment" It means that your order is ready for collection on autokey. If your order is marked as "Shipped" it means that Autokey has already dispatched the code to your email, and you are free to go back to view your code on the Autokey page as many times as you wish.
This is normal. We ship our game pre-orders approximately 2 days before the global release date of the game. When the game arrives in stock and is uploaded to autokey, you will receive an email notification.
We strive to keep all games in stock at all times but in the rare event that autokey is out of stock, our staff will always replenish autokey within approximately 12 hours. Please be patient. You will receive an email once the autokey system has been replenished with cd keys.
Ensure that you are entering the currency you paid in GBP, for example 24.99. Also, be sure that you are putting a decimal point (.) and NOT a comma (,)
If you paid via Alertpay or Paypal then our staff will manually approve your order. We will approve your order within 2 hours. Keys paid for via Moneybookers will be approved instantly.
This is normal. Simply go to our autokey system and collect your key if you paid via Moneybookers or Alertpay. If you paid via Paypal then we will need to manually approve your order. Just sit back and wait, your order will be approved within 2 hours. You will receive an instant email notification when your order is approved.
This is normal. We do not email the keys. You can instantly collect your activation code via our AutoKey system.
This is normal. As soon as the money arrives to us, your order status will be marked as shipped and you will be sent the key. Orders paid for with bank transfer are manually emailed to customers.
This is normal. Please email support@cjs-cdkeys.com with your order ID and we will manually email the key for you.
We accept Paypal during our business hours (9am - 9pm GMT). We do however recommend paying via our alternative payment methods such as Moneybookers, as it is safer, faster and more secure than paypal. Also, orders paid via Moneybokers are sent instantly. Orders paid for via paypal must be manually approved by our staff before you will be able to collect your code.
Our company functions by importing the games from main distributors within the EU, where games have cheaper retail prices than in countries such as the UK. Because of the savings made in postage costs (as our items are sent digitally), it allows us to provide extremely low pricing. Not only this, but the games work worlwide as digital downloads, unlike physical games which have region locked discs.
We usually respond to emails within 5 - 10 minutes, however if you email us while the office is closed it can take up to a few hours for our staff to reply. For fastest response, please email just once. Our email operates a queuing system which means that if you email more than once, you will be sent to the back of the queue resulting in further delays. If you email just once then you will receive a prompt reply with an answer to your query. We do reply to all emails, so please be patient.
