Before contacting us, please first check that your question hasn't already been answered on our FAQ page HERE.  If you cannot find an answer in our FAQ page, then please submit a support ticket at our support center here:

It may take up to 12 - 24 hours to receive a response.  We do reply to all tickets so please be patient. Usually you will receive a reply within a few hours.

  • Please only send 1 ticket. We reply to all tickets, but operate a queueing system. This means if you email more than once, your email will be sent to the back of the queue, which will further delay our response.
     
  • Most enquiries will be replied to within 12 hours (excluding weekends).
     
  • If you are making an order enquiry, please state your order ID in your ticket.

  • Please write your query clearly and concisely in English.  Vauge emails which do not present an actual enquiry (such as 'I have a problem') will not be responded to.
