This page has been created to help our customers get the RU version of Mass Effect 3 to function in English.

We are pleased to announced that for the RUSSIAN version of Mass Effect 3, all game audio and sounds are in ENGLISH, which means that in order to play mass effect 3 russian version in english you ONLY need to use the small 12mb language fix!
How to Change Mass Effect 3 Audio to languages OTHER THAN ENGLISH (These files are required if you would like the audio to play in a language other than English. The game audio will automatically be in English by default, so if you wish to play in english you will ONLY need to install the small 12mb language pack HERE.)

Mass Effect 3 Text and Subtitle Multi Language Files:
This language fix is a small 12mb file, which allows you to set the language of the in-game text and subtitles to the language of your choice. The game Audio will already be in English by default, but you can change it to other languages such as French or German by clicking here.

Game audio and videos are ENGILSH BY DEFAULT! That means that if you wish to play Mass Effect 3 in English, you only need to download the 12mb file below. The game audio and video will already by English.
1. Download the language files, unrar and copy the files
to "YOURPROGRAMFILESFOLDER"\Origin Games\Mass Effect
3 folder
on 32 bit Windows; Navigate to:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\BioWare\Mass
Effect 3],
on 64 bit Windows; Navigate to :[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\BioWare\Mass
Effect 3]
Now change the data as below by right clicking the relevant row and pressing 'edit value':
on 32 bit Windows; Find: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Origin
Games\71402], (if it does not exist, you can pass this step)
on 64 bit Windows; Find: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Origin
Games\71402]and change
as below: (if it does not exist, you can pass this step)
To change the subtitle language, just delete the
BIOGame_RUS.tlk in Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole folder and rename the
other file as BIOGame_RUS.tlk.
The game text and subtitles will now be working in the language that you chose. If you require english language, the game will now be working fully in english. If you require a language other than English you will also need to download the Audio files for your language, which can be found HERE.
